DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND STAFF
To implement services of ADASO related to staff and administrative works, to provide
reliable and coherent coordination between departments, to control and coordinate
activities.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT DELEGATE
To improve and update of ADASO’s Quality Management System and within this framework,
to be in charge of coordination of all activities, on behalf of the top management.
To provide communication among member, supplier and certificating institution and
the institution. To follow up the requirements of ISO 9001 standards in terms of
verifying the institution’s conformity by determining missing and weak issues in
order to provide the institution’s taking corrective measures.
To plan and lead all activities in order to reach predetermined quality goals for
all departments in accordance with our quality policy and targets.
PRIVATE SECRETARIAT
To provide the secretariat services of Secretary General, Members of the Committee
and Management Board, also the Chairman of the Committee and Management Board. To
establish an institutional profile compatible with ISO standards.
CORPORATE COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA SERVICES
To coordinate the communication of the Chairman of ADASO Management Board, members
and other organs with the media agencies and also to prepare bulletins. To provide
the chamber’s activities’ taking part in both national and local media and also
to design the Adana Chamber of Industry newspaper.
RESEARCH AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS
To make research about the industry, economy of our province and region, to prepare
reports and to design questionnaire measuring inclination to industry. Also to support
the formation of a Chamber’s vision related to results obtained from these studies.
CHIEF OF TRADE SERVICES AND ACCOUNTING
To provide the implementation of activities related to trade and accounting services
properly in a regular and controlled way and also to make commercial services provided
for the members, conforming to ISO standards.
CHIEF OF INDUSTRIAL SERVICES
To provide services demanded by the members related to expertise, capacity and investment
incentive procedures in a regular and controlled way. To make the services required
by the members related to industrial procedures conforming to ISO standards.
EU, FOREIGN TRADE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / IGEME PROVINCIAL REPRESENTATION
To provide services demanded by the members related to foreign trade and European
Union in a regular and controlled way, to meet the information demand. To make the
services related to the approval of foreign trade documentation conforming to ISO
standards.
REGISTRATION SERVICE
To make the registration of the members and also to keep the dossier records of
members properly, to organize the meetings of Professional committees. To make the
services related to approval and keep of dossier records conforming to ISO standards.
PRE ACCOUNTANCY-PAY DESK
To provide the implementation of pre-accountancy services in a regular and controlled
way.
INFORMATION PROCESSING
To provide the implementation of services related to keep Chamber’s web site properly
working and regularly updated. To make the services related to information processing
within the Chamber conforming to ISO standards.
EDITOR’S OFFICE AND COMMUNICATION
To keep the records of incoming-outgoing documents, and also to file and forward
to relevant departments. In line with these services, to provide the conformity
of all of these and communication services with ISO standards.
ARCHIEVE-LIBRARY
To keep and register all documents received by achieve and library and also to send
relevant departments, if necessary and to provide the conformity of all of these
services with ISO standards.
